GeoSearch2011 - Legend
Changes dynamically according to the information displayed on the map. The legend lists the map's special features and explains its colours, symbols, line patterns, shadings, and annotation. The legend labels the different layers of information that the map contains. There are two kinds of layers: thematic layers, which show information related to the map's theme (e.g. population density), and base layers, which show geographic features common to all maps (e.g. roads, rivers, lakes, and boundaries).
Thematic layers always appear below the base layers.
